Google Documents - Creating a grade book

This assignment required me to create a grade book using Google Documents. It is just like a spreadsheet, only online through Google. This allowed me to store, calculate and present information. For this assignment I was required to create three different grade books using the Google Docs spread sheet application. For each grade book page, I had to use five students with five assignments and grades for each.Using this technology I was able to find the total of students' scores, maximum, minumum, average, and the final grade based on the grading scale I provided. Charts, shading and text format are all used to present the information in the best way,

Google Documents is a great tool for teachers. All information inputed can be stored and then retrieved from another computer. When I have my own classroom one day I will be using this awesome technology.
